Pass THIS on-- we need your help for more support!

First of all, thanks to everyone for all the support you've shown the troops through "Students for Soldiers." Even though we've had tremendous response from students, we've also had overwhelming responses from troops... and need writers.

If you've already written, please pass us on to your friends. Maybe friends at school, in your sorority or fraternity or maybe to someone across the country. We have soldiers from ALL over the Country and need to "recruit" help as much as possible.

This is really important to me as well as some of you that have gotten on board and helped this grow. If you have any ideas on how to help us grow or become more effective, please feel free to contact me.

As I remind myself every day, this is solely about supporting some of our friends and our peers who are giving up a lot to protect our way of life. If you can, please share in continuing to show our support.

One last note of encouragement.. our first round of letters got to Iraq and Afghanistan over the past few days. I heard from one soldier that said the letters couldn't have come at a better time. After three nights of having to sleep in their trucks with all the threats with the Iraq elections, when the soldiers got back on base the letters were there and eased the frustration and tension among the guys. He repeatedly said how they couldn't have come at a better time. So what you all are doing IS making a difference and so amazing to witness. Keep it up!
